Pro print studio
Everything in the free planner, plus a print studio that turns your plan into the pieces guests will actually see.
What it makes
- Seating display poster. Alphabetical by last name with letter headings, or grouped by table. Choose 18×24, 24×36, 16×20, 11×17 in, A1, A2, A3, Letter or A4, portrait or landscape. The text size is calculated to fill the board.
- Table number cards. 5×7 or 4×6 in, two per sheet, with an optional list of the guests at each table. Named tables ("Head table", "Olive") print as names.
- Escort cards with name and table, sorted by last name, and place cards with name only, sorted by table. Tent-fold (6 per sheet) or flat (10 per sheet) at 3.5×2 in, with dashed cut guides and a dotted fold line.
- Six themes: classic serif, script names, modern sans, botanical sprig, gilded frame and arch. Pick any accent color.
- Optional meal choice on escort and place cards, and names on both sides of tent cards.
How it works
- Plan your seating in the free planner and click Save project file.
- Open the Pro file (a single HTML file) in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, then click Open project file.
- Choose what to make, pick a theme, check the preview, and click Print / save as PDF. The page size is set for you.
The file runs entirely on your computer, needs no internet connection after download, and keeps working after the wedding. Script and decorative fonts use the fonts already installed on your device, so the exact lettering can differ slightly between computers. Check the preview before printing.
Pro print studio: the polished printouts
The free planner gives you a working plan and a plain printed list. The Pro print studio turns the same plan into print-ready pieces for the day itself:
- Seating display poster: alphabetical with letter headings, or grouped by table. Text sizes itself to fill 18×24, 24×36, 16×20, 11×17, A1, A2, A3, Letter or A4.
